45 days of siesta in French oak barrels imported from Sotillo de la Ribera (Burgos) with a single use of wine from the "Parajes de Callejo" Tempranillo and Albillo Mayor plot, 2020 vintage.

Manual harvesting in individual boxes with a double sorting table. Grapes are fed by gravity using ovis. Fermentation with native yeast.
Cherry on the eyes, forest fruits on the nose and fleshy, berries, cinnamon and balsamic on the palate.

Bodegas Félix Callejo fundada en 1989, ahora en manos de la segunda generación. La personalidad que transmiten los vinos tiene su origen en Sotillo de la Ribera, al norte del río Duero donde trabajan con 54,8060 Ha de viñedo en propiedad, de Tempranillo, y Albillo Mayor repartidas en 25 parcelas a lo largo de un perfil de suelos muy diversos gracias a la altitud de entre 860-930 m. El manejo ecológico, respetando cada suelo, permitiendo crear vinos con alma, auténticos y llenos de la expresión de cada terreno.
