Manual harvest in individual boxes with double sorting table. Grape entrance by gravity with ovis. Fermentation with autochthonous yeast.

Cherry to the eye, forest fruits on the nose and fleshy, berries, cinnamon and balsamic on the palate.

The winery Felix Callejo was founded in 1989, now in the hands of the second generation. 
The personality that transmits the wines has its origin in Sotillo de la Ribera ( Burgos, Spain) 
north of the Duero River where they work with 54,8060 Ha of vineyards in property:
Tempranillo, Albillo Mayor, Merlot and Garnacha, with an altitude between 860-930 m. 
Ecological management, respecting each soil, allows them to create  authentic wines with soul and 
and full expressions of each terroir .
